As a team, we strive to provide you, our valued customer, with prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance in obtaining replacement parts at fair prices for your Winnebago, and/or Itasca (including all subsidiary lines) built recreational vehicles.
We value each and every customer, and we strive to provide the best service we can on each and every order. You will ALWAYS speak to a human being when you call us during business hours.

Customer Responsibility
Provide accurate and complete motorhome identification. This includes:
- model year,
- model number,
- motorhome serial number,
- and an accurate and complete shipping address and phone number for destination of parts shipment.

Shipments
Originate from our own warehouse and/or vendor drop ships. Carriers are United Parcel Service, Federal Express, and various motor freight carriers. Customers may also pick up their orders at our Hanlontown, Iowa location and save shipping costs.
Placing Orders
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE US PART NUMBERS WHEN ORDERING (except catalog items). You (or your service technician) do need to identify your vehicle and be able to describe the parts needed, such as, location on the vehicle, function, size, configuration, etc.
Order Status
Can be checked anytime by contacting our Parts Department.
What to do When Your Order Arrives
Examine the container for damage before accepting it from the carrier, and note any items of concern on the bill of lading or with the delivery person. Then be sure to inspect your order promptly, and contact our Parts Department if you have any concerns.
Returns/Exchanges
Must be made within 30 days and may be subject to a restocking fee. Prior authorization is required prior to shipping your return — contact our Parts Department before your return your item(s).
Warranties/Guarantees
Are extended by part manufacturer and administered by us. Coverage is generally limited to repair or replacement of the item which is proven to be defective in parts or workmanship. Not covered are failures resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, fire, or environmental decay. We are not liable for consequential damages.
